I don’t think I’ve ever fed my children raw mushrooms! I should do that. You must have a great baked ziti recipe, also something I’ve never made! What a fun kid!

that’s so funny that you’ve never served raw mushrooms! i love mushrooms, raw or cooked :). my baked ziti is basically a lasagna but with rigatoni (big tubes, but not as big as manicotti, which are the ones you stuff) instead of lasagna noodles. it’s easier for the kids to eat that way since they can just fork the noodles. so layer pasta, your choice of spaghetti sauce, and a cheese mixture (ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan, mixed with an egg). yum!
